There will be spoilers below, but can I just start by saying, Rick Grimes you are my hero!

Poor Bob, missing a leg and being forced to listen to Gareth explain why he is chomping on his missing appendage right in front of him. I mean, talk about torture! And Sasha, Bob’s girlfriend, who is out looking for him, has no idea what he is going through. Not to worry though, it is Bob who has the last laugh when he reveals to the Termites that they are eating tainted meat. Turns out, our suspicions were correct, Bob was bitten at the food bank and it is only a matter of time before he turns. After realizing their meal is poisoned, the Termites return Bob to his group.
Meanwhile back at the church, after Gabriel reveals that he locked his entire congregation outside with the walkers. Because of the threat from the Termites, Abraham decides it is time for them to head to Washington, but Carol and Daryl aren’t back yet and the group will not leave without them. In order to keep Abraham around to help them deal with the Termites, Glen promises that he, Maggie and Tara will go with him if he helps them for one more day. The plan works and Abraham gives them twelve hours. Rick protests, of course, but ultimately he knows it is for the greater good.
As part of the group heads off to look for Daryl and Carol, the rest of them are left at the church with the Termites heading toward them to find their next untainted meal. Carl, Gabriel, Judith and a few others lock themselves inside one of the church rooms and ready themselves for a fight should Gareth and his cannibal friends get in. Just as the cannibals are about to enter the room two of them are shot in the head and through the darkness only one thing could be heard, Rick’s voice.
He subdues the Termites and stands in front of Gareth with the red-handed machete, and says to Gareth, “I made you a promise.” That promise was that he would kill him with that machete and with that Rick swings the machete until it meets Gareth’s neck and with that a slaughter ensues. Despite the gore and blood inside a church that was the moment I screamed at my television, “Rick you are the man!” Talk about taking a page from Daryl Dixon’s book.
The following day Glen, Maggie, Tara, Rosita and Eugene leave with Abraham and Bob finally succumbs to his bite forcing Tyrese to put a knife in his temple.
But, on a happier note, Daryl has returned with a mystery person and, of course, we have to wait till next week to find out who it is!
