Robin Williams Dies Suddenly at the Age of 63

Comedian and Academy Award winner Robin Williams was found dead this morning in his California home. Marin County Police received a 9-1-1 call around noon today.

Best known for films like Mrs. Doubtfire and Jumanji, he won an Oscar for his role in Good Will Hunting opposite Matt Damon. Mr. Williams rose to fame in the role of Mork from Ork in the sitcom Mork & Mindy in the 70’s and was recently reunited with his Mork & Mindy co-star, Pam Dawber in one of the final episodes of the sitcom The Crazy Ones, co-starring Sarah Michelle Gellar.

He was a great talent and his presence will be missed.

Robin’s death is going to hurt for a long time. He was an entertainment staple in the lives of most Americans.
