Last week, season seven of Pretty Little Liars started with a bang.  This week, what happened? Hanna is safe and dealing with her ordeal, but what happened to the intense season we just embarked on?

***** Spoilers Below *****

We had flashbacks of Jordan and Hanna, break-ups and Mary Drake and Elliott looking suspicious. It was a pretty tame second episode of what was supposed to be an exciting season.

Screen Shot 2016-06-28 at 11.33.10 PMSure Hanna looked hot, Ali is in danger, Spencer is broken up about Haleb and Ezria is kind of reuniting, but what really happened?

Maybe this was the episode of romance that the actors keep teasing. If this is the romance part of the season, maybe I don’t want it. I want to go back to the mystery of Uber A. Don’t get me wrong, I like the idea of the original couples leading back to each other, but it was just a pretty dull episode.

Ashley Benson probably had the best scenes of the episode. Hanna is so broken from what happened and she was trying desperately to hold on to something. I liked seeing how she and Jordan met. If only we could all have a ‘meet cute’ like that.

It was breaking my heart as I watched as she had nothing to hang on to and broke-up with Jordan. Did she break up with him because of her disaster of a life or Caleb? We’re all thinking Caleb.

It was hard to watch Spencer realize she had made a mistake with Caleb. While I never shipped Caleb and Spencer, it doesn’t stop it from hurting. I don’t like seeing Spencer hurt, even if Caleb is wrong for her.

We’ll have to see what happens with Hanna and Caleb in the coming episodes. It’s complicated now that Spencer was dating him and haven’t officially broken up yet.

Liam and Aria have broken up. I’m a huge Ezria fan, but I feel for Liam. Well, I did feel for Liam, until he let his feelings get in the way of the book.

Screen Shot 2016-06-28 at 11.33.40 PMEzria has been a complicated relationship. Logically we all know that their relationship was wrong from the start. No high school English teacher should be dating their student, but for some reason, I’ve always loved them.

We almost had a real conversation about what happened. Liam accused Ezra of seducing Aria in high school. That’s not really what happened, but it still wasn’t really right. Aria explained it away by liking who she has become and that’s because of everything that has happened to her.  We almost had a real conversation about this PLL couple that we all love.

Considering this is a show about a mystery cyber bully that goes well beyond what would happen in reality, I accept Ezria, but I do know that it isn’t exactly the best of relationships.

We got to learn more about Mary Drake. Whether she had anything to do with the baby dying or Jessica did, I don’t know. I don’t really trust Mary, but at least she thinks things have gone too far with Ali. There may be some good in her yet.

I never thought Ali was the killer. They were all so desperate to find Charlotte’s killer to save Hanna, they jumped to conclusions. Now Ali is in danger. The liars may be starting to see what’s going on with Elliott, but it’s too little too late.

Ali tried to reach out to Emily and tell her, but with Elliott controlling things, it’s making things way too difficult.

We still don’t know who Charlotte’s killer is and we don’t know who Uber A is. Sure, Mary Drake and Elliott look to be the new big bad, but is that too obvious? I’m torn between too obvious and right on the nose. We were told CeCe was A in season four, so could Uber A already have been revealed to us? Let me know in the comments below.
