Harry Groener and Armin Shimerman (Mayor Wilkins and Principal Snyder, respectively, Buffy) are going to be in an apocalypse comedy called Diani & Devine Meet the Apocalypse. Or they will be if you help them with their Kickstarter campaign.
The campaign, which launched yesterday (Oct. 22), will be releasing one or two videos per day which will feature Groener, Shimerman and the rest of the cast.
Diani & Devine Meet The Apocalypse, starring Gabriel Diani and Etta Devine, is the story of a struggling comedy duo who discover that surviving the apocalypse is almost as difficult as surviving Hollywood. It’s a modern take on the old Hope and Crosby Road to… movies meets Cormac McCarthy’s The Road. Barry Bostwick (Rocky Horror, Megaforce) and Janet Varney (the voice of “Korra” on The Legend of Korra) also star.
