The Belo Lounge in downtown San Diego became the new home of Geek & Sundry, Felicia Day’s YouTube channel. A big crowd was there during the first day of Comic-Con, as they met Felicia and checked out the channel’s TV shows.

About 200 people visited the Belo to meet Felicia and pose for pictures. They were also treated to episodes from Geek & Sundry shows The Flog, Dark Horse Motion Comics, TableTop, and past episodes of The Guild.

Afterwards, she fielded questions from her fans. She said that her channel will always be changing with new shows every once in a while. “Written By a Kid” is just that–young kids come up with a story that’s later animated–and will debut later this month. She defines the site as “everything under the sun that just includes people’s passions.” The mini mogul said she’d like to work with Mindy Kaling (The Office), who will have a new show on FOX this fall, and director Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead).

Felicia recently had a live version of The Flog at the YouTube Lounge, and will have a special panel on Saturday, where she may announce new projects.
