The episodes are just two minutes apiece, but they pack a lot of humor. The story starts with baseball player Brady (Sean Hemeon) announcing his wedding to his actor boyfriend Cheeks (Brad Bell). With them is their friend Haley, played by Alessandra Torresani from the Battlestar Galatica spinoff Caprica.

Then we find out that the guys got married after a wild night in Las Vegas. We see them for the next ten episodes dealing with what happened and how they make a go of it in a world where marriage equality is taken for granted. So far, we see them waking up from their wedding, but Haley will be coming to assist them.

You can see the episodes every Tuesday and Thursday at husbandstheseries.com There’s also a special video on the show blog with creator Jane Espenson and Sean and Brad. They explain that it’s about time a show about newlyweds who happen to be gay men was created. She says it was an interesting process, much different than writing for shows like Buffy, Angel, Game of Thrones and Battlestar Galactica. She also says she now respects how tough it can be to get a show off the ground and she thinks the show will appeal to many viewers. It’s a great way to get to know the cast.
