And we’re back for another week of Supernatural, and boy has this season started strongly. Is the
second episode of this season just as strong as the first? Read on and find
out…
It’s hard not to judge a book by its cover, or in this case, an episode by its title. While the latest episode of Supernatural has a funny title in “Jump the Shark,” this episode is anything but. Read on to find out why this episode left me nearly breathless and almost speechless.
Welcome to our new regular feature here at Whedonopolis, episode reviews! We’re going to be reviewing episodes of shows with a definite Whedon connection, such as Battlestar Galactica, The Guild, How I Met Your Mother, Dexter, and of course, Supernatural. Starting things off, I’ll be taking a look at the fourteenth episode of Supernatural’s fourth season, “Sex and Violence.” We have violence, death, sex, strippers, comedy, and angst all in one. What more could you want? 😉 Click below to read the review, and please be aware there are spoilers.
Whedonopolis was granted access to the Supernatural pressroom, where roundtable interviews were conducted with consulting producer/writer Ben Edlund, actor Jensen Ackles (Dean Winchester) and show creator Eric Kripke. Even though we’d been through roundtables before for Superman: Doomsday, the experience was still very new for us, and this is how it went. The table was shared with Cindy from Sci-Fi.com and Brian from TheFutonCritic.com.
