For the 2nd year 6500+ attendees will squeeze into Hall H (after waiting hours in line, some overnight) to hear what’s planned for Season 8 , why Season 7 went the way it did and watch the antics of Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins, Jim Beaver & Mark Sheppard as well as Executive Producer Jeremy Carver and Consulting Producer Ben Edlund.
I was fortunate enough today to attend the Supernatural Paleyfest event both as a member of the press and an attendee. In attendance were Creator/Executive Producer Eric Kripke, Showrunner/Executive Producer Sera Gamble, Executive Producer Ben Edlund, and actors Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins, Jim Beaver and Genevieve Padalecki. I was able to talk to Jim Beaver, Ben Edlund, Misha Collins, Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles. I apologize for the sporadic quality of these videos, but the volume at the event was pretty loud, and I tried to keep the camera as steady as I could. Please view the videos by clicking on the link below, and I hope you enjoy them.
Supernatural has been mostly firing on all cylinders of late. Despite an uneven start to the season, things have really picked up in the past several episodes. This episode, however, was one of the best of the season, IMO. A ton of stuff happened in this episode, including seeing old friends and enemies, as well as some surprising twists and turns. Thankfully there was a lot more I liked about this episode than I didn’t, so let’s get to it…
