This month marks the 20th anniversary of a little film about a cheerleader who’s told she is destined to fight vampires. It would eventually lead to a popular TV show and comic books, and a lot more. A Comic-Con panel Sunday paid tribute to 20 years of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
It’s a rare event when Joss Whedon holds two separate panels during the same day at Comic-Con. On Friday, a few hours after he celebrated the tenth anniversary of Firefly in Ballroom 20, he returned to talk about some other stuff he’s been doing.
Whedon talent signings will be at the Dark Horse booth #2615 and the panels are all around The Con including the Buffy Turns 20: Celebrating 20 Years of Buffy the Vampire Slayer panel which will be on Sunday afternoon just before the Buffy Musical: Once More With Feeling.
In support of Free Comic Book Day, Dark Horse is pleased to announce signings on Saturday, May 5, in Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Portland! Click thru for where and the fun giveaways planned…..
