Dollhouse Stays Open For Business, says Hollywood Reporter

Despite low ratings, James Hibberd at the Hollywood Reporter, says Dollhouse will be back in business next season, possibly on Friday nights. An official announcement is expected during Fox upfronts on Monday.

Fans of the show have been lobbying for weeks to Fox for another season and the network may have been swayed by DVR numbers and views through the Fox and Hulu websites. The first season ended last week and advanced sales of the DVD boxed set have been steady at Amazon. That set, which will include the original pilot, "Echo", and the unaired 13th episode, "Epitath One", will be available on July 28th. Those attending Comic-Con will get a chance to get the set a few days early. Also, "Epitath One" will be screened during Comic-Con.
