SDCC 2011: The Adventures of the Button Lady- Day 2 (Friday)

Feet.  Hurt.  Ow.

 

Shoes are off now.  Swollen feet are propped up, and breathing again.  Ow.

 

Today started off early, as my plan was to be at the Convention Center early (8:00am) for the 10:00am Torchwood panel.  What I didn’t take into account was the fact that people were lining up for the Walking Dead panel, which came after it.  Le sigh.  That’ll teach me.

SDCC 2011: The Adventures of the Button Lady- Preview Night Report

As usual, Comic Con began with a crowd. A crowd of people in San Diego, some excited,
some angry, some impatient, some happy. I still don’t get why people bring babies, I really don’t. I mean I understand being a geek. I understand being a geek and getting
married, getting pregnant and having babies. I don’t understand bringing a baby to Comic
Con. Just the sheer crush of the crowd
would seem to me, to be, well, threatening. Ah well.
