Dragon*Con 2007- Day 3: Whedonverse Panel

The last day of panels for us were on Sunday, as we were coming back to California the next day. Once again, the line for Sunday’s panel was nuts, but we lined up early and got really good seats, towards the middle. This time around, it was just James Marsters, Elisabeth Rohm and Ken Feinberg who shared of themselves with us for an hour, and this is what they talked about.

Dragon*Con 2007- Day 2: Whedonverse Panel

Day 2 of DragonCon started with a disappointment, as we were unable to get in to the Firefly/Serenity panel that was going to feature Ron Glass (Book) and Mark Sheppard (Badger). The room was filled to capacity, and I wasn’t even allowed to go in, take two pictures and leave. The same thing happened on Sunday, so unfortunately we only have coverage for Friday’s panel, that Mark carried on his own as Ron was trapped in plane halfway across the country and didn’t make it to Atlanta until later on that day.

The Job: Special Dragon*Con Edition: Ken Feinberg (The Chaos Demon on Buffy the Vampire Slayer)

Ken Feinberg is best remembered as the Chaos Demon that got between Spike and Drusilla in Brazil, causing the Big Bad’s return to Sunnydale in Season 3 of Buffy for the episode “Lover’s Walk”. Ken is an accomplished filmmaker, in addition to being an actor, and we caught up with him in the Walk of Fame on Sunday at Dragon*Con so he could tell us all about getting to wear antlers, cracking people up in the panels he participated in and raising money to get his films made.

Dragon*Con started a bit off for us, and fortunately I was able to make it to the Whedonverse panel in time, as it was to feature Juliet Landau (Drusilla), James Marsters (Spike), Elisabeth Rohm (Det. Kate Locksley) and Ken Feinberg (the Chaos Demon that came between Spike and Dru, causing his return to Sunnydale in the S3 episode “Lover’s Walk”)
