Out of all the different TV show genres on the air, the one genre I would not have predicted additional need for is the “procedural”—the tried and true “cop show,” in the vein of “Law & Order” (pick an incarnation); “CSI” (again, pick an incarnation); “Without a Trace;” or “Bones.”

However, ABC has served up a mid-season offering called “Castle” and in short, it’s one more cop show we should probably embrace.

This week, Echo is a safecracker, hoping to recover some "stolen art". One mysterious and unpleasant sound, however, changes everything.
