We got the chance to sit and talk the with cast and producers of Arrow at San Diego Comic-Con, and they clued us in to some of the upcoming story lines for season four.  Oliver and Felicity will start out the season in blissful happiness.  Diggle will lead the team of Speedy and Black Canary to protect the city, but this time he will be suited out in his own costume.  You want to know if Katie Cassidy is comfortable being the badass that is Black Canary?
