More than two years ago, Kickstarter announced a project called Lust For Love, is a romantic comedy that features several former cast members from the TV show Dollhouse. Now, the trailer for the movie is here, two weeks before it’ll be shown on video-on-demand.

The movie stars Fran Kranz as Astor, a guy who’s been  wooing his childhood sweetheart Mila  (Beau Garrett) for a long time. However, she dumps him, and he’s trying to decide what to do next. He gets help from Cali (Dichen Lachman), who used to be friends with  Mila. While getting romantic advice from Cali, he figures out why she and Mila  aren’t friends anymore.  The trailer is below….

The movie also features Felicia Day, Maurissa Tanchareon, Miracle Laurie, Enver Gjokai, and Caitlin Stasey from Reign.

The movie, written and directed by Anton King, was funded through Kickstarter in late 2011. It took quite a while to get the movie ready for release. Backers who donated at least ten dollars (including this writer) will get a free download, and this website will be reviewing it soon.
