When Hester said the body count was going to go through the roof, she wasn’t kidding and she wasn’t exaggerating.
***** Spoilers Below *****
I do have to point out something very quick. The scene at the end when Chad is dead and falls in front of Chanel, that was totally taken from MTV’s Scream.
Remember when Jake was dropped in front of Brooke? Scream Queens stole that. Now that I’ve said that, Chad? Really? It’s Jake all over again.
It was a great episode for Chad too, which makes it even sadder to say goodbye. I was really enjoying his rivalry with Dr. Holt. My question was, is he in love with Chanel or winning? I think we all know the answer to that.
But then he was freaked out about cheating on Chanel when she was his wife. So maybe he did care about her. Then he had to go and die before he could marry her and be dropped right in front of her on her wedding day.
Chad, of course, proposed to her in Chad fashion. She had to sign the prenup before he would officially ask her to marry him. It’s a modern day fairy tale: sign the prenup, then get the proposal.
We may have lost Chad, but it looks like Hester will be a permanent feature.
How does she know so much about the murders when she’s been locked up? I know she’s super smart. I loved the way she gave them a clue by telling Chanel she needed a certain kind of skin cream. I think I like this Hester even more than last season.
The last episode we got to see Chanel #5’s (Abigail Breslin) relationship blossom before her boyfriend got killed yet again. This episode, it was Chanel #3’s (Billie Lourd) turn.
Chanel #3 has always been a bit bizarre but her not having an orgasm was probably one of the most normal things that have come out of her mouth. I think we all assumed that Taylor Lautner’s character would giver her her first ever orgasm. Unfortunately, that was not the case. But Dr. Cascade sure did try.
He may not have been able to arouse her, but their relationship seems to have deepened. I mean that look he gave her at the wedding.
Other than Chad, we haven’t really had anyone killed yet of the main characters. Chanel #5, Munsch and Zayday have come face-to-face with the killer and have lived to tell the tale. Why are the main characters off limits?
Not that I’m complaining. If we lose one of the last three Chanels it would be awful. And we can’t lose Curtis. The death toll may go through the roof, but so far the stars are safe.
But is Chad dying a message to us that no one is safe? I guess we will find out.
Are you devastated that Chad was killed? Do you think Dr. Hold could be the killer? Let me know in the comments below.
